Great, down-to-earth people at All World Ford. They weren't on my initial list simply because they were not in my immediate area, but heard their ads and gave them a try. Ended up buying my truck from them and now they are at the top of my list if/when I'm looking for a new Ford. Salesman was John Meyers -- he was both fair and responsive throughout the buying process.
Making appointments is not a problem. Was greet right away, with a smile. All scheduled maintenance was done in a timely fashion.

Great experience when I bought and when I went for service only complaint would be when I picked up my truck after service they had it parked outside and it snowed the night before and I hadn’t put a scraper in my truck yet and had to brush off with my hands.

Once the issue was deemed authentic, the service manager & I scheduled an appointment day and time to have my vehicle serviced. After dropping my 2014 Edge off for service (the "Driver Door Ajar" dash light would randomly come on) I was provided with a ride home. The work was finished in a couple hours as promised. Since replacement of the driver door sensor switch I have not experienced the problem. All staff personnel that I dealt with were very nice. I'll definitely have my Edge serviced there again.

I ordered a truck in August 2021 but it did not come in until May 2022. The dealer kept in touch via e-mail when I reached out to my salesperson. He answered my questions to the best of their ability. The price had gone up in the 9 months I waited for it, but they honored the price we agreed to when the truck was ordered. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and am satisfied.

The only issue I had was when I picked up my truck the brake light was on and I had to leave the truck so service could correct the issue. They fixed it right away and I brought the truck home that day.

Went in to look at two vehicles I had seen online. It was my first time looking for one on my own, but the salesman made everything easy to understand and was very friendly and helpful. I bought the Escape on Saturday and he had it ready for me to take home on Monday. When I picked it up he showed me how a lot of the features worked since it was quite different from the vehicle I traded in. I'm very happy with my experience there and I love my Ford Escape.
